Delivery to the address via the courier service of Georgian Post

From Monday to Friday, until 08:00(AM), received / paid orders are delivered by courier within the next 2 working days.

*Orders received after 08:00(AM) Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Delivery is made on working days from Monday to Saturday.

**Days declared public holiday or non-working are not considered as working days.

Receiving an order at the Georgian Post office – “Pickup on Demand”

If you wish to pick up the order from the post office yourself, please indicate the address of the Georgian Post service center from which you will pick up the parcel. (For example, a post office near your home, work, school or etc)
In most cities, the parcel arrives at the postal service center in the first half of the 2nd business day (including Saturday) after dispatch. The exception is post offices in mountainous regions.

If you are not sure that you or your family members will be able to pick up your order from the courier upon delivery to your address, we recommend placing your order by pickup from the nearest post office. Since an unsuccessful delivery attempt is associated with additional costs for postal services:
Detention of the parcel at the nearest post office for 5 or max. 15 calendar days +2 GEL
Second courier visit within the next 1-2 working days +4.25 GEL
Return of an order (in cases where you just change your mind but order already shipped) 6 GEL
Expenses for orders over 3.5 kg +3.10/7.75/10.85 GEL
