Delivery of orders throughout Georgia by courier service of Georgian Post
1. Order and choose the preferred delivery method

4. With the “Before inquiry” service, you will receive the parcel at the post office

Delivery to the address (two-visit service)
The courier will make a second visit to the recipient's address on the next working day after the first unsuccessful visit.

If for some reason the courier cannot contact you or no one can meet you at the address during the visit, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest address post office, from where it can be picked up within 15 calendar days.

Delivery of large orders to your address (calculated individually), we recommend contacting us before payment.
If the total weight of your order exceeds 3.50 kg, the cost of delivery of your order will be calculated individually and we will inform you by phone before sending the order.

Exchange or return of goods
Purchased products are visually inspected before shipping. If it was damaged in transit and cannot be used, or if the product was sent by mistake, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can respond in a timely manner.
If the product is sent according to the order and is exchanged or returned due to the customer's request, please note:
- The purchased product must be in its original condition
- Exchange or return is possible within 14 calendar days
- Transportation cost of exchanging products will be reimbursed by the customer
- The cost of returned products will be reimbursed to the buyer after deducting the costs incurred by the store for transportation
- Products can be exchanged/returned by the customer at the warehouse address of the online store in the city of Ozurgeti
Purchased goods cannot be exchanged or returned if at least one of the following conditions is met:
- The product was used
- The product/product label was damaged after the order was transferred to the buyer
- 14 calendar days have passed since you received your order
- The product was not purchased in our store

Orders are not delivered on Sundays and public holidays
To pick up the order at the post office, select the "before inquiry" service during purchase and indicate the address of the service center where you want to receive the package
The courier makes a one-time visit to the address, for which he contacts the addressee before arriving at the address.
If the order cannot be delivered for reasons of the recipient, then for an additional fee it is possible:
- Redirection of the order to the post office closest to the address for 5 or 15 calendar days - 20% of the delivery cost.
- Request for a repeat visit - 50% of the delivery cost
If the address is incomplete and the addressee does not respond, or the recipient's contact number is indicated incorrectly and it is impossible to contact, the parcel is returned to the warehouse of the courier service or to the sender (store).
If it is impossible to contact the buyer, the Store leaves reserves the right to forward the parcel to the post office at the service address specified in the order for 5 or 15 calendar days.
If the addressee picks up the parcel from the post office during this period, he must compensate the store for the additional cost (20% shipping cost).
After the delay period, the undelivered goods are returned to the store warehouse and the order is declared “canceled.”
The buyer has the right to demand a refund of the cost of the product, minus the costs incurred by the store, within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
As soon as you discover an error, contact us by phone within a day; If the order is placed at night, please send us an SMS so that we can contact you on time during daylight hours. There is no additional charge for correcting errors before shipping.
