Will I get the exact product shown in the picture?

Yes, but please keep in mind that the product’s color tone may vary slightly from the actual item depending on your device’s screen settings. Please read the product description before purchasing.

Where can I view my purchase receipt?

Your order receipt/invoice will be sent to the email address you entered when placing the order. For registered users, it will be sent to the email address provided during account registration. If you provided the wrong email address, you won’t get the message. In such cases, please reach out to us and our store representative will give you the information you need.

How do I return an item?

Items may be returned within 14 calendar days after the order has been delivered. Important:
1) If the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

2) For returns made without a reason — such as a change of mind or no longer needing the item — the store will refund the purchase price, excluding delivery charges.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please call us during the day or send a brief SMS message. Order cancellations made before payment or shipment will not involve any fees.” However, if the order has been shipped, cancellation or return will be associated with certain delivery fees.

Where can I receive my order?
